ABOUT THE ROLE

Aalza Tech is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, build strong business relationships and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead Generation: Find potential clients through calls, emails, referrals and networking.
- Client Acquisition: Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Client Communication: Understand client needs, present solutions and follow up regularly.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate deals and convert leads into clients.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain lead records, track sales activities and prepare reports using CRM tools or Excel.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Team Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Experience in Business Development,



Sales or Client Acquisition, preferably in NBFC, Fintech or Logistics.
- Solid lead generation, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with targets.
- Good time management, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
