Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will play an important role in identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building professional relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. You will gain hands-on experience in business communication, client interaction, lead generation, and business development strategies while working in a qualified and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities The Business Development Associate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients through calls, emails, and other qualified communication channels. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead generation, understanding client requirements, and communicating company services effectively. Candidates will be expected to build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients, conduct regular follow-ups,



nurture business opportunities, and contribute to business growth through proactive outreach and relationship management.

The position also requires collaboration with team members to achieve business objectives and maintain effective client engagement.

Compensation and Career Opportunity The position offers a total Cost to Company (CTC) of INR 10 LPA, comprising INR 6 LPA fixed compensation and INR 4 LPA performance-based variable compensation.

During the probation period, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 18,000.



Upon successful completion of the probation period and fulfillment of applicable company requirements, candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time employment position.

The detailed compensation structure, variable pay criteria, probation duration, and applicable employment terms will be communicated during the recruitment process.
