We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and business process transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Work on end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement processes.
- Analyze and optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) processes.
- Drive process improvements across inventory, demand planning, warehouse, and logistics.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and support SCM transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams for ERP implementation and integration.
- Support UAT, testing, and business validation.




- Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Manage stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of Procurement & Source-to-Pay (S2P).
- Good understanding of Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) processes and Service Procurement.
- Experience in Inventory Management, Demand & Supply Planning.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics & Transportation.
- Solid requirement gathering and business process mapping skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle SCM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
- Understanding of API integrations and data analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT.
