Job Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned business projects and drive overall business performance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor project performance, operational efficiency and business growth.
- Work closely with the P&L; team on budgeting, cost control and profitability improvement.
- Analyze business performance and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Prepare business reports, MIS and management dashboards.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategy execution.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategic Planning or Business Operations.
- Mandatory experience in the real estate industry.
- Non-IT background is mandatory.
- Strong experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Good understanding of P&L;, budgeting and cost optimization.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage business responsibilities and drive results.
