Key Skills: Plant Operations, Production Planning, Fabrication & Welding, Capacity Expansion, OEE, Cost Control, Capex, Lean Manufacturing & Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations, production and manufacturing.

- Manage production planning, capacity, manpower and material flow.

- Drive radiator fabrication, sheet-metal processing, welding and assembly.

- Lead brownfield projects, plant expansion,



machine installation and commissioning.

- Improve OEE, productivity, quality, FPY and operational efficiency.

- Control manufacturing costs, budgets, Capex and plant-level expenses.

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, automation and continuous improvement.

- Ensure safety, statutory compliance and timely customer deliveries.

- Lead cross-functional teams and develop second-line leadership.
