We are looking for a confident and compassionate BRANCH SALES MANAGER to join our team at AHIS Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling consultations, converting leads into satisfied clients, and guiding patients throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with leads provided by the company through enhanced calling and follow-up communication.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations (in-person and telephonic) to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Explain our range of services clearly and convincingly to new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly revenue and consultation targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all administrative duties as per standard operating procedures.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent AHIS Aesthetics in a qualified manner at all times.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and participate in regular review meetings to improve strategy and outcomes.
- Understand client expectations, identify appropriate treatments, and effectively communicate achievable results by helping clients visualize the transformation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to understand and explain aesthetic procedures in simple, relatable terms.
- Prior experience in consultation, sales, or aesthetic/cosmetic clinics is a plus.
- Professional attitude and a client-first approach.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
