Description
Processing of disbursement of small ticket < 20 lakh secured against Residential or Commercial property. The coverage will be in Tier II and Tier III locations around Mumbai.
Role involves verification of post approval documentation as per SOP.
Ensuring error free processing of disbursement.
Should be fully conversant with KYC guidelines and regulatory changes related to KYC.
Understanding of NACH and E-NACH registration process.
Understanding of Loan originating system and Loan Management system.
Understanding of local property documentation and stamping requirements as per state law.
Responsible for storage of files and property documents till the time it is not sent to CPU or storage vendor.
Responsible for Periodic training to Sales and credit team on documentation requirement and disbursement
SOP, E-NACH.
Liasoning with CPU team for disbursement payment.
Attending walk in customers and attending their requests.
Follow up with Sales and credit team for Deferral clearance and pen ding documentation.
Attending to queries of internal and external auditors.
Managing title search and valuers and coordinating for reports
Managing payments for these vendors through technology
Should be conversant with the process of e Sign, e Stamp, e NACH etc.
Creating mortgages through easy or registered mortgage
Conversant with CERSAI and CKYC requirement
Maintaining checklists and MIS as per requirement
Coordinating with central unit on customer services and deliveries
