Role & responsibilities:

- Own branch revenue, P&L;, admissions, conversions, and learner experience while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

- Oversee the admission process, learner onboarding, and batch allocation to ensure smooth execution.

- Monitor batch performance, attendance, engagement, academic outcomes, and learner satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the placement team to support learner placements and build strong alumni relationships for retention and referrals.

- Manage day-to-day branch operations, compliance, infrastructure, and team performance while resolving learner and employee concerns.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in any discipline with solid business acumen and a brief understanding of branch operations.

- Strong understanding of P&L;,



revenue, and cost management, with experience in driving admissions, business growth, and cross-functional teams.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
