Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in the insurance industry with expertise in branch management or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of the tied channel distribution model.

- Proven success in agency development, BM, CAM, IFA, or LIA roles.

- Excellent team handling skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
