CTC Transport Service is hiring a Branch Head – Transport Operations & Market Vehicle Management for our Hyderabad branch.

Job Purpose

Independently manage Hyderabad branch operations by executing Open Body, Container, FTL and ODC transportation with strong Hyderabad transport market knowledge. Handle vehicle placement from the market, manage a team of 2–4 employees, and drive branch performance and business growth.

Mandatory Requirements

5–8 years total practical experience in Transport / Logistics / GTA industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Handling or Branch Operations.

Strong practical knowledge of Hyderabad Transport Market is mandatory.

Actual Open Body Vehicle Placement experience is mandatory.

Strong local network of truck owners, transporters, brokers and vehicle suppliers in Hyderabad.

Must independently arrange Open Body Trucks, Container Vehicles, FTL and ODC vehicles as per customer requirements.

Ability to independently handle Hyderabad branch and manage a team of 2–4 employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transport Operations & Market Vehicle Placement Arrange Open Body Trucks, Container Vehicles, FTL Vehicles and ODC Vehicles as required.

Identify suitable vehicles in Hyderabad and nearby locations and ensure timely placement for loading, dispatch and delivery.

Hyderabad Transport Market & Commercial Execution Track Hyderabad market availability and freight rates across vehicle types.

Negotiate freight rates and ensure profitable trips.

Maintain robust coordination with vendors to meet market capacity needs.

3. Vendor & Network Management Maintain and expand relationships with truck owners, transporters, brokers and vehicle suppliers.

4. Team & Branch Operations Management Lead and guide the team of 2–4 employees; allocate daily work and monitor performance.

Oversee daily branch operations, execution, reporting and follow-ups.

5. Customer Acquisition & Business Development Handle transport customer requirements and coordinate quotations/orders.

Drive new customer acquisition and business development for the branch, including industrial/corporate accounts.

6. Billing & Operational Coordination Coordinate with billing/accounts teams for updates, documentation and payment follow-ups.

Monitor loading/dispatch/delivery status and ensure necessary transport documentation (LR/Bilty, POD and related records).
