Openings: 250 Experience: Minimum 6 months in Collections Voice Process (mandatory)

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on collections and repayment commitments.
- Handle objections and achieve collection targets.

1. Customer Support Voice Process

Openings: 300 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates

Salary:

- Freshers: Up to ₹3 LPA
- Experienced: Up to ₹4.25 LPA

Eligibility: Undergraduate / Graduate; candidates must not be currently pursuing studies.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries over calls.
- Resolve issues and escalate when required.
- Maintain call quality and performance targets.

Common Requirements
- B2-level English communication.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working from office.
