Urgent Hiring - BIW Fixture Design Engineer

We are looking for talented BIW Fixture Design Engineers with hands-on experience in Concept Design, 3D Finish, and 2D Detailing using Siemens NX.

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

- Expertise in Concepts, 3D finish and 2D activities (2 to 6 years experience)
- CAD Software: NX
- Understand BIW process information & overall tool functionality (all types of tools)

- Perform Input check (Concept/3D Finish review)
- Concept/3D Finish/2D of units and tools (including complex dump & Slide units)
- Aware of manufacturing process
- Standard parts & Payload validation

Required Skills:

- 2-6 years of experience in BIW Fixture Design.
- Strong expertise in Siemens NX.
- Experience in Concept Design, 3D Finish, and 2D detailing.

- Positive understanding of BIW processes and automotive manufacturing.

- Experience with

- Geo Fixtures
- Re-spot Fixtures
- Grippers & end effectors,

- load tables
- Standard Parts and Payload Validation knowledge.
