Job Responsibilities

- Handle the operation and maintenance of BMS at Metro project sites.
- Monitor and control HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Operate and monitor BMS software for metro station facilities.
- Troubleshoot BMS panels, DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
- Ensure proper integration of HVAC and other building services with BMS.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS equipment.
- Monitor system alarms, faults, and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, and project maintenance teams.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS operations and maintenance.




- Must have experience working at Metro Project Sites.
- Mechanical engineering background is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of DDC controllers, PLC, BACnet, and Modbus protocols.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and building automation systems.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Mechanical Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech qualification.
- Prior experience in Metro Projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems.
