Experience: 25 Years
We are looking for skilled MEP BIM Modelers with experience in building services modelling and BIM coordination to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
Develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
Prepare HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing models and drawings.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using Navisworks.
Prepare shop drawings, sections, layouts, and as-built drawings.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and LOD specifications.
Required Skills
25 years of experience in MEP BIM Modelling.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines.
Knowledge of BIM coordination and construction documentation.
Gulf project experience is an advantage for Gulf opening
