Key Responsibilities

- Developing BIM models for complete electrical services.
- Developing families for electrical fixtures and devices.
- Modelling Power & lighting layout as per design documents.
- Coordinating with Architects and Structural Engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Preparing on-site shop drawings and bill of quantities.
- Preparation of drawings in Revit.1
- Preparing details of electrical design and load schedule.

Requirements to Apply

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in electrical design and BIM modeling within the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and electrical design tools.
- Knowledge of electrical load calculations, standards, and best practices for power and lighting systems.
- Experience in creating Revit families for electrical devices and fixtures.
- Familiarity with local authority standards and coordination protocols.
- Robust organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
