Hiring billing and dispatch executive.
Experience - 2 years plus in any engineering company.
- Invoice, E-Way Bill & Challan Handling – Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Dispatch Planning & Scheduling - Prepare and execute dispatch plans according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Vehicle Arrangement & Loading Coordination – Coordinate vehicle placement, material loading, and transportation to ensure timely dispatch.
- Material Packing & Dispatch Documentation – Ensure proper packing, labeling, quantity verification, and preparation of dispatch documents.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
