Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client billing, contractor billing, subcontractor billing, and rate analysis for construction projects.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and estimate costs accurately.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and follow up on payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to project execution.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in billings, BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Solid knowledge of Indian standards (IS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and other relevant regulations governing the engineering industry.
