Ralph Ryker Learning is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer with experience in the EdTech or BFSI industry. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality training sessions, developing learners' professional skills, and preparing students for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) concepts.
- Deliver practical and theoretical knowledge related to banking and financial products.
- Train students in communication, interview preparation, and professional skills.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure effective learning outcomes through interactive training methods.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in BFSI, Banking, Finance, or EdTech training preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
