Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller for beaded bags who can ensure the quality, finishing, durability, and overall appearance of bags before dispatch. The candidate should have positive knowledge of beadwork, embroidery, embellishments, stitching, and handbag manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect beaded bags at different stages of production and before final dispatch.
- Check bead alignment, spacing, patterns, colour consistency, and overall design accuracy.
- Identify loose beads, missing beads, broken embellishments, and uneven beadwork.
- Inspect stitching, lining, zippers, handles, chains, closures, and other accessories.
- Check the overall finishing, shape, dimensions, and structure of bags.
- Ensure there are no stains, scratches, glue marks, loose threads, or other defects.
- Conduct quality checks against approved samples and buyer specifications.
- Coordinate with production and sampling teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain daily QC reports, rejection records,



and defect analysis.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards before packing and shipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in handbags or fashion accessories.
- Strong knowledge of handmade and beaded bag manufacturing.
- Good understanding of beadwork, embroidery, stitching, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to identify minor defects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of AQL and basic quality inspection procedures will be an advantage.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with production and merchandising teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in handbag manufacturing, export houses, or fashion accessories.
- Experience in inspecting heavily embellished and handcrafted bags.
- Ability to work independently and manage quality checks under production timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
