Role Overview We are sourcing aggressive, target-driven sales professionals for our partner network of IT Services, SaaS, and Digital Marketing agencies across Pune. This role is a hybrid of outbound lead generation, inbound qualification, and pipeline management. You will be the tip of the spear for revenue growth, tasked with identifying key decision-makers, initiating conversations, and securing qualified meetings for the closing team.

Core Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized email sequences to target global and domestic B2B clients.
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, acting as the first point of contact to assess client requirements and budget.
- Deliver persuasive initial discovery calls to pitch IT services, software development, or digital marketing solutions to C-level executives and founders.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and log all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and meeting schedules within the company CRM.
- Collaborate directly with senior management to refine target buyer personas and improve outreach conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience





- Proven B2B sales, BDR, or lead generation experience, specifically within IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing agencies.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to bypass gatekeepers and engage executive decision-makers confidently.
- Hands-on experience with contemporary sales stacks (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce).
- High resilience and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly meeting scheduling and pipeline quotas.
- Immediate joiners or those serving a notice period of 15 days or less will be prioritized.
