About Us

Zorba is a well-known restaurant & hotel in Bashing (Dhalpur, Kullu). We serve Multi-Cuisine, Tandoor, and Continental with a premium bar section for tourists. We are expanding our bar team.

Position: Bartender (Full-Time)

Location: Zorba Restaurant & Hotel, Bashing, Kullu

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Hotel Owner

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (Cocktails, Mocktails, Shakes, Mojitos)
- Create new signature drinks for our Himalayan Haveli menu (e.g., Himalayan Mojito)
- Maintain bar inventory, stock checking, and daily sales report
- Handle customer interaction with good hospitality - tourist & local
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness of bar counter as per FSSAI norms
- Handle billing with POS and coordinate with kitchen/service staff
- Manage bar display, garnishing, and upselling premium drinks

Requirements - Must Have:
- Age: 20-35 years
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as Bartender in hotel/restaurant/cafe (Manali/Kasol experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Classic Cocktails, Mocktails, Beer, Whisky, Vodka, Wine
- Valuable communication - Hindi + Basic English
- Energetic, well-groomed, honest personality
- Can handle rush hours (evening/night shift)
- Local from Kullu/Manali OR ready to relocate

Preferred - Plus Point:




- Diploma in Hotel Management / Bartending Course
- Flair bartending / Fire tricks
- Knowledge of Himachali local drinks
- Driving License / Own bike

Salary & Benefits (As per Kullu Market):

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹21,000 per month (Based on Experience + Trial)
- Fresher with course: ₹15k - ₹21k
- 1-2 Year Exp: ₹25k - ₹30k
- 3+ Year Expert: ₹30k - ₹35k + Tips

7. Work Schedule:

- Shift: 11 AM to 11:30PM (with 1 hr break)
- 6 Days Working, 1 Day Weekly Off
- Season Time: Extra hours = Extra pay
