Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barman to manage beverage preparation and bar service. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards.
- Prepare mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages, as applicable to the establishment.
- Maintain the bar counter, equipment, and storage areas in clean condition.
- Monitor beverage inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients.
- Maintain records of beverage consumption and stock, where required.
- Coordinate with F&B; service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
- Follow hygiene,



sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle guest requests professionally and recommend suitable beverages.
- Follow applicable legal requirements and the establishment's policies for beverage service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience as a Barman or Bartender.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.
- Understanding of bar operations and inventory control.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organised workstations.
- Professional grooming and a responsible attitude.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in hotel bars, restaurants, lounges, or hospitality establishments. Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
