Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bar operations, cocktail preparation, mixology and guest engagement. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day bar operations while ensuring high standards of beverage quality, presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails and spirits.
2. Demonstrate robust knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, mixers and beverage ingredients.
3. Prepare cocktails using standard recipes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
4. Recommend beverages and cocktails to guests based on their preferences.
5. Deliver excellent guest experiences through qualified interaction and personalised recommendations.
6. Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene of the bar counter and surrounding areas.
7. Manage bar opening and closing procedures.
8. Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes and other beverage ingredients.
9. Conduct regular inventory checks and report stock requirements to the concerned manager.
10. Ensure proper storage,



handling and rotation of beverages and ingredients.
11. Prepare garnishes, syrups, infusions and other bar preparations as required.
12. Minimise wastage and ensure adherence to portion control and standard operating procedures.
13. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
14. Train and guide Assistant Bartenders and junior bar staff whenever required.
15. Follow responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, lounge, bar or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology and beverage service.
- Good understanding of spirits, wines, beers and liqueurs.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary drinks and beverage presentation.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders in a quick-paced environment.
- Knowledge of bar inventory, stock management and cost control.
- Good grooming, hygiene and qualified conduct.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Education: Diploma or certification in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Bartending preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in premium restaurants, cocktail bars, lounges, pubs and fine-dining establishments will be preferred.
