About The Pet People Café The Pet People Café, part of the PawsnCollars ecosystem, is a welcoming, pet-friendly café where people and pets come together over good food and coffee. We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Barista who enjoys hospitality, coffee, food, and interacting with people in a pet-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks as per standard recipes.
- Serve light café food and assist with daily kitchen operations.
- Understand the plant-forward menu and recommend suitable options to customers.
- Welcome guests and deliver warm, attentive customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor stock, assist with inventory, and support opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with the café team during regular service and special events.





Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in a café, preferably as a barista.
- Knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee equipment, and basic beverage techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in food, coffee, and hospitality.
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment and serving both human and pet food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
