- BEO Precision: Candidates must demonstrate high attention to detail when creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Minor oversights in dietary requirements, room setup timing, or audiovisual needs lead to operational failures.

1. Technical & Systems Proficiency

- Catering/PMS Software: Prior experience with hospitality software such as Opera PMS, Delphi, Sales & Catering, or Amadeus reduces onboarding time significantly.

- Contract & Financial Literacy: Ability to draft contracts, calculate minimum food and beverage (F&B;) spends, handle deposit schedules,



and manage billing reconciliations accurately.

1. Interdepartmental Communication

- Operations Liaison: The coordinator acts as the bridge between the client, the kitchen, and the banquet operations team. Assess their ability to communicate client expectations clearly to culinary and setup teams.

- Conflict Resolution: Look for candidates who remain calm when managing last-minute head-count changes, schedule shifts, or client requests on the day of the event.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
