We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Barista/Cashier to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee and beverages, handling billing operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality.
- Handle customer orders and billing through the POS system.
- Manage cash, card, and UPI transactions.
- Maintain daily cash records and sales reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in a café, restaurant or similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
- Experience in cash handling and POS operations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and positive grooming standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
