Job Overview-

We are looking for a knowledgeable and resourceful professional who can identify, source, and coordinate banking solutions and payment gateway services for online businesses. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking accounts, payment gateway solutions, vendor management, or established connections with banks and payment service providers.

Candidates who may not have direct operational expertise but can connect the company with reliable solution providers and vendors are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with banks, financial institutions, payment gateway providers, and other relevant solution vendors.
- Source suitable banking account solutions for legitimate online businesses based on business requirements.
- Identify payment gateway providers that support online payments, payment processing, and business transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, payment service providers, and solution vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to understand their services, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, transaction limits, fees, settlement timelines, and terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and compare available solutions based on reliability, cost, functionality, and business requirements.
- Maintain proper records of vendors, contacts, available solutions, commercial terms, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, verification, and implementation with relevant providers.
- Stay updated on new banking products, payment technologies, and online business payment solutions.




- Ensure that all proposed solutions comply with applicable banking regulations, KYC requirements, AML policies, and provider terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in banking solutions, business banking accounts, payment gateways, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of online business banking and payment processing solutions.
- Established connections with banks, payment gateway providers, fintech companies, or solution vendors will be an advantage.
- Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify suitable providers and coordinate solutions from initial contact through implementation.
- Good record-keeping, follow-up, and coordination skills.
