Backend Support Executive – Finance & Mortgage Operations

We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to support the operations of an Australian Loans and Mortgage company.

The role involves managing backend processes, financial documentation, loan-related paperwork, compliance checks and administrative coordination. Candidates with an educational or professional background in Finance, Banking, Commerce or Financial Services are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily backend operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with loan and mortgage documentation and processing.
- Handle data entry, document verification and record management.
- Perform basic compliance and documentation checks.
- Manage emails and backend communication.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accuracy and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in backend operations, finance, banking or administration.
- Finance, Commerce or Banking background preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Proficiency in email handling and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.

Work Location Sector 21, Chandigarh – Work from Office.
