Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with 23 years of experience in backend application development. The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills in PHP, Go, or Python, along with hands-on experience in API development, database management, system integration, and production deployment.

Candidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services domains will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications and services.
2. Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
3. Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
4. Implement asynchronous tasks, concurrency control, transaction processing, and error handling.
5. Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
6. Work with Docker, logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing tools.
7. Deploy and maintain backend services in production environments.
8. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using logs, monitoring, and data analysis.
9. Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
10. Develop reusable backend components and contribute to system architecture improvements.

Required Technical Skills

- 23 years of backend development experience.




- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language: PHP, Go (Golang), or Python.
- Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Good knowledge of server-side architecture and database management.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Understanding of message queues, asynchronous processing, and transaction management.
- Experience with Docker and production deployment.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of system reliability and distributed systems.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- BCA / MCA or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or IT.
