Open Positions:-

- HR Recruiter
- Team Leader Recruitment

As an HR Recruitment specialist, you will:-

- Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Understand client requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and communication abilities.
- Shortlist and schedule suitable candidates for further interview rounds.
- Source candidates for multiple job openings across various industries and skill sets.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.




- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Gain knowledge of different stages of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

As an Team Leader HR Recruitment , you will:-

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of HR Recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple industries and skill sets.
- Allocate job requirements and monitor daily sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Guide team members in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Train, mentor, and support recruiters to improve their performance.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




- Resolve team-related challenges and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications:-

- Any graduate with good communication skills can apply.
- 10+2 candidates can also apply with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
