Required Skills:

1. Advanced configuration of Sales and Customer Service modules in Dynamics 365 CRM,Designing and optimizing Business Process Flows and automated Workflows, Customizing entities and automating business logic for complex scenarios, Troubleshooting and performance tuning of CRM processes2. Dataverse schema design: advanced tables, relationships, and alternate keys,Complex form and view customization for tailored user experiences, Implementing business rules and data validation at scale,Data management strategies including duplicate detection and data migration3. Designing and managing security roles, business units, and field-level security,Implementing advanced user and team management strategies,Auditing, compliance, and monitoring for Dynamics 365 environments,Automating administrative tasks and environment management4. Building complex Power Automate flows with advanced expressions and error handling,Integrating Power Automate with Dataverse and SharePoint for scalable solutions,Optimizing, debugging, and monitoring flows for enterprise reliability,Implementing best practices for reusability and maintainability in automation5.



Architecting managed and unmanaged solutions with solution layering and versioning,Patch management and deployment strategies for Dynamics 365 environments,Integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and services,Performance optimization and technical design for scalable enterprise solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.

2. Design, implement, and optimize workflows using Power Automate to enhance business processes.

3. Manage security roles and user access within Dynamics 365 to ensure data integrity and compliance.

4. Oversee the deployment and management of solutions in Dynamics 365 environments.
