Role & responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC project costing, estimates, and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs from HVAC drawings.
- Analyze material, labor, and installation costs.
- Prepare tenders and techno-commercial proposals.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in HVAC costing and estimation.
- Knowledge of VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
