Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in recruitment, team handling, and HR operations to manage end-to-end hiring and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and monitor team performance.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid recruitment and team management skills.
- Expertise in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
