Role: Demand Generation / Lead Generation
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads through outbound calling, prospecting, and outreach.
Qualify prospects using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework.
Execute and support MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) and HQL (Highly Qualified Lead) campaigns.
Promote white paper campaigns and follow up with interested prospects.
Engage potential customers through outbound calls to identify and develop qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation.Hands-on experience in outbound calling and prospecting.
Understanding of BANT qualification, MQLs, and HQLs.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
