Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Security qualified with strong exposure to MSP (Managed Service Provider) coordination, network operations, and security technologies. The ideal candidate will act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and MSP teams, ensuring smooth delivery of network and security services while maintaining high standards of performance, availability, and security.This role requires a combination of operational governance, incident and change management, MSP oversight, and technical knowledge of FortiGate Firewalls, SASE, Cloud Networking, and enterprise networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for MSPs managing network and security operations.
- Drive and oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Coordinate with MSP engineers to manage incidents, escalations, service requests, and changes through to closure.
- Monitor MSP performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational commitments.
- Conduct service reviews and governance discussions with MSP partners.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security across enterprise environments.




- Provide technical guidance and challenge MSP recommendations when required.
- Support network standardization, operational excellence, and continual service improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging networking and security technologies.
- Participate in PoCs, automation initiatives, and cloud networking projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Required Skills & ExperienceMSP & Operations Management

- Strong experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Experience in MSP coordination, vendor management, SLA monitoring, and service governance.
