We are currently hiring Managers to join the Finance Transformation Practice. In this role, you will manage end-to-end cloud EPM implementations, translate complex global business requirements into robust technical deliverables, lead cross-functional global teams, and mentor the next generation of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end EPM implementation engagements across all phases: estimation, requirements gathering, architecture design, build, system/user testing, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Translate client requirements into scalable solution designs, overseeing configuration, metadata structures, business rules, workflows, integrations, and reports.
- Manage project scopes, staffing, timelines, delivery tracking, risk mitigation, and issue escalation across onsite and offshore global teams.
- Contribute to business development by supporting sales proposals, client presentations, RFPs, and internal capability-building initiatives.
- Coach, develop, and mentor junior practitioners, building high-performing technical delivery capabilities across the practice.

We are hiring across three domains. You must possess deep expertise in at least one of the following domains:

Domain 1: Oracle Hyperion P&E; / Cloud EPM

- CA, BE, BTech, MCA, MSc in Computer Science, or an equivalent professional degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of core experience in Oracle Planning implementations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS / EPCMCS).
- Mastery over EPBCS out-of-the-box modules, custom cubes,



reporting cubes, Groovy scripting, custom business rules, dashboards, data integration, and MDX calculations.
- Strong knowledge of user provisioning, security setups, EPM Automate, and batch/shell script automation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ODI, EDMCS, or EPRCS.

Domain 2: OneStream

- CA, BE, BTech, MCA, MSc in Computer Science, or an equivalent qualified degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of total EPM experience, with at least 4-5 years of dedicated OneStream implementation experience.
- Deep functional knowledge of financial close, consolidation, and FP&A; processes mapped to OneStream.
- Expertise building and optimizing metadata, Extensible Dimensionality, cube views, data reconciliation, custom rules, and complex workflows.
- Strong programming skills in VB.NET and/or Python, along with relational database environments (SQL Server).
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions (e.g., People Planning, Capex Planning).

Domain 3: Anaplan

- CA, BE, BTech, MCA, MSc in Computer Science, or an equivalent professional degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of enterprise performance management experience with a focus on Anaplan ecosystem delivery.
- Mastery of Anaplan Solution Architecture, multi-model ecosystems, and Connected Planning designs.
- Expertise in advanced formula building (PLANS syntax), sparsity management, list structures, data hub designs, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring solution architecture completely aligns with strategic business finance objectives.
