Hiring for Project Manager & project Coordinator -Client Location,Pune.

Overview

The PM is expected to be involved in their project(s) from a high level. They are expected to have

a clear understanding of the status of each of their projects, any current challenges, estimated

completion date and the scope of delivered material by every internal weekly project meeting.

They are also expected to provide reports to management as required.

Experience

-Project Manager -6 to 10 years

-Project Coordinator -3 to 6 Years

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall project strategy and successful execution of the project.
- Establish transparent project goals and objectives for the team, including roles and

responsibilities of each project team member.

- POC to the most senior person on the customer project team, ensuring their

requirements are understood and met.

- Monitor and adjust project plans as required to minimize risks.
- Create and implement root cause and analysis and resolution plans for any major





order issues which could cause customer harm.

- Lead internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment across all

departments.

- Liaise with the Warehouse Manager and other project team to ensure that the

QC inspection process of products is aligned with the schedule.
