Designation: Store Manager (Junior)

Preferred Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Warehouse Management will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or store management. Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty products, or e-commerce warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

Role Summary:

The Junior Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely order processing and dispatch, and overseeing stock movement. The role requires strong inventory management skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, and practical experience in marketplace dispatch processes, barcode labelling, and stock reconciliation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement, SKU management, inward and outward entries, and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate marketplace orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch in accordance with platform requirements.
- Oversee barcode labelling, product identification, order tagging, and dispatch documentation.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, stock analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and data management.
- Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.




- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of products, particularly FMCG, cosmetics, and beauty products.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain records of damaged, returned, expired, or defective products, wherever applicable.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and inventory control practices.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock availability, dispatch performance, inventory discrepancies, and warehouse productivity.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, dispatch turnaround time, and overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce background preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty products, or e-commerce warehouse operations preferred.
- Practical knowledge of marketplace dispatch processes and barcode labelling.
- Strong knowledge of inventory reconciliation, SKU management, and stock movement documentation.
- Good communication, vendor coordination, and team management skills.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple dispatch priorities.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to inventory control and documentation.

Compensation: Upto 30K Per month
