1. Warehouse & Store Management

- Manage daily warehouse and store operations, including material receiving, storage, issuing, and movement.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
- Monitor inward and outward material movements.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for material availability.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Management

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track shipments and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch registers and proof of delivery (POD) records.

4. ERP & System Operations

- Enter and update material receipts, stock transfers, material issues, and dispatch transactions in ERP software.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse data in the system.




- Generate stock statements, inward/outward reports, and dispatch reports.
- Verify ERP entries against physical documents and actual stock.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.

5. Administration & Documentation

- Maintain proper records of purchase receipts, GRN, delivery challans, invoices, material issue slips, and stock registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports. Maintain files, registers, and digital records for audit and reference purposes.
- Coordinate with accounts, purchase, sales, production, and other departments.
- Ensure all warehouse and dispatch documents are complete and properly maintained. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of warehouse, store, inventory, and dispatch operations.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and inventory management systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good documentation, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock reconciliation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Should be versatile to travel
- Candidates with prior experience in the medical equipment, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
