Job Purpose:

To lead regional channel sales operations, strengthen the dealer and distributor network, and drive B2C rooftop solar sales, including complete solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Build, manage, and expand dealer, distributor, installer, and channel partner networks.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve individual and regional business targets.
- Drive B2C sales of complete rooftop solar systems, including PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, and related accessories.
- Develop market penetration strategies for the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
- Identify recent business opportunities, potential partners, and high-growth markets.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends,



competitor activities, and channel productivity.
- Coordinate with technical, installation, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales forecasts, outstanding payments, dealer performance, and regional business growth.
- Ensure effective execution of company sales policies and channel development plans.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Graduate in any discipline; MBA or technical qualifications are preferred.
2. 612 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the solar industry.
3. Mandatory channel sales experience in Solar Rooftop, PV Modules, Solar Panels, Solar Inverters, or Solar Structures.
4. Proven experience in team handling, territory management, and business development.
5. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
