Position: Team Leader Voice / Sales Process
Experience: Minimum 1 Year as a Team Leader in a BPO Voice or Sales Process.
Qualification: HSC Pass & Above
Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC per month

Role & Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage a team of BPO voice or sales executives.
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Ensure quality standards and process compliance.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.
- Track team performance and prepare daily MIS reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO Voice or Sales Process.
- HSC Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team management and target achievement abilities.
- Ability to motivate team members and work in a target-driven environment.
Salary: Up to 30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
