Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner to manage supply planning, inventory optimization, supplier coordination, and material availability.

- Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with forecasted demand, inventory, and service-level targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and take proactive actions to prevent stockouts, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and purchase order delivery.
- Manage MRP, capacity planning, expediting, and supply constraints.
- Monitor key KPIs including Service Level/Fill Rate, Days of Supply (DOS), and Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD).
- Identify root causes of supply issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Demand Planning teams.




- Support supplier performance improvement, lead-time reduction, and supply-risk mitigation.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust experience in Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
- Hands-on knowledge of MRP, ERP/SAP, Material Planning, Capacity Planning, and Expediting.
- Experience working with manufacturing operations and suppliers.
- Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse and Power BI is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage shortages, demand fluctuations, inventory risks, and supply disruptions.
