SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

(MANAGED IT, CYBERSECURITY & TELECOM)

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Experience: 3-10 years; relevant domain experience is mandatory

Compensation: 4.59 LPA, based on relevant experience and role fit

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW

Own day-to-day service delivery for business customers across managed IT, cybersecurity and telecom services. Coordinate support teams, technical specialists, field engineers and service partners to meet agreed service commitments, communicate clearly with customers and drive reliable incident resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managed End to End Service delivery of Managed IT , Cybersecurity Services
- Manage the service desk, ticket lifecycle, priorities, response targets, restoration timelines and escalations against agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate L1/L2 support, NOC/SOC teams, field engineers and vendors; ensure every ticket has a explicit owner, next action and customer update.
- Lead major-incident coordination, stakeholder communication, restoration tracking, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Validate technical resolution and customer confirmation before ticket closure; address repeat incidents and service gaps.
- Track service health, ticket ageing, SLA performance, customer satisfaction and operational risks through accurate dashboards and reports.
- Run customer service reviews and coordinate onboarding, transitions, maintenance windows and approved service changes.
- Maintain operational documentation,



escalation matrices, asset/service records and standard operating procedures.
- Work with commercial and accounts teams on service-related queries while following approval controls for commitments, credits and billing changes.
- Coach team members and service partners on ownership, documentation, communication and consistent service quality.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

- 310 years of relevant experience in managed IT services, cybersecurity operations, telecom/ISP services or closely related enterprise technical support.
- Demonstrated responsibility for service delivery, service desk operations, incident management, SLA tracking or customer escalations.
- Working understanding of networks, connectivity, firewalls/security services and IT infrastructure; ability to coordinate technical teams effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication, structured follow-up, analytical problem-solving and confident customer handling.
- Applications without relevant domain experience will not match this requirement.

PREFERRED

- ITIL/ITSM knowledge or certification.
- Exposure to NOC/SOC operations, enterprise connectivity, managed security, Fortinet or similar network/security platforms.
- Experience with reporting, vendor coordination and continual service improvement.

EDUCATION

Relevant practical experience is the primary requirement; graduation is not mandatory. Relevant technical education or certifications are welcome.
