Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Tourism Executive to support UAE visa branch operations, including visa processing, documentation, and travel itinerary designing. Freshers with a Travel and Tourism background and robust communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to UAE visas.
- Assist with visa applications and documentation.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Design and prepare travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely processing.
- Maintain accurate visa application and customer records.

Requirements

- Travel and Tourism background or relevant course preferred.
- Basic knowledge of travel itinerary designing.
- Strong English communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and relocate to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
