Job Description

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams.
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan).
- Ensure timely dispatch as per customer schedule.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and vehicle movement.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory accuracy.
- Follow FIFO and ensure proper packaging.

Role Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with transporters and customers.
- Verify material quantity and quality before dispatch.
- Prepare dispatch reports and maintain documentation.
- Handle manpower in the dispatch area.
- Ensure secure loading practices and on-time deliveries.




- Work with production and stores to avoid dispatch delays.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Under Graduate(Any Stream).
- 0-2 years of experience in dispatch, stores, or logistics. Freshers also apply
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
