Role Summary: Lead the architecture, optimization, and governance of enterprise AEM Guides (XML Documentation) on AEM as a Cloud Service. Drive publishing pipeline design, translation frameworks, and delivery of technical documentation platforms. Provide mentorship and manage vendor engagements for enterprise documentation solutions.

What You'll Do

- Architect and govern enterprise AEM Guides (XML Documentation) on AEM as a Cloud Service
- Define and implement standards for Folder Profiles, Metadata Profiles, Output Presets, Condition Presets (DITAVAL), and Baselines
- Lead publishing pipeline architecture and resolve critical publishing and deployment issues
- Architect end-to-end DITA Translation Frameworks and manage localization workflows
- Oversee post-translation synchronization and multi-lingual output generation
- Design and optimize Apache / Dispatcher configurations and CDN caching strategies
- Ensure high-performance delivery, SEO optimization, and secure access to technical publications
- Manage multi-environment stability and Cloud Manager pipelines
- Lead technical escalations with Adobe Support and Engineering
- Architect identity and access models via Adobe Admin Console (IMS)




- Mentor engineering teams and align technical writers on DITA authoring and publishing lifecycles

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

- 8-10 years in AEM development and architecture, with 5+ years in AEM Guides / XML Documentation
- Expertise in OASIS DITA 1.2/1.3 specifications (Maps, Bookmaps, Topics, Keys, Conrefs, DITAVAL)
- Mastery of Native PDF Publishing Engine and DITA-OT customization (plugins, XSL-FO, Ant scripts)
- Experience designing AEM Translation Workflows and managing multi-lingual DITA content lifecycles
- Robust expertise in AEM Dispatcher configuration and CDN caching behavior
- Deep experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager CI/CD, Repoinit, Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR/OAK architecture
- Knowledge of Adobe IMS / Admin Console, Product Profiles, SAML/SSO integration, and AEM ACL configurations
- Proven leadership in managing enterprise documentation platforms and cross-functional technical teams
