Role responsibilities

Experience: 6 - 10 years,

- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Injection Molding Department.
- Manage manpower and allocate work effectively to achieve production targets.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve injection molding process-related issues.
- Plan and execute mold changing activities with minimum downtime.
- Ensure production as per quality standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor production output, rejection, and cycle time to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Planning departments.
- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and shift handover records.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: ITI (PPO) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Polymer) / CIPET.
- 510 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding Production.




- Solid knowledge of injection molding processes and parameter setting.
- Hands-on experience in mold changing and production planning.
- Good understanding of plastic raw materials and molding defects.
- Ability to handle manpower and work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the automotive plastic injection molding industry will be preferred.
