Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end transportation and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal departments for on-time deliveries.
- Handle customer communication and customer portal operations.
- Process orders and logistics transactions through SAP (SD Module).
- Ensure accurate invoice preparation and IRN generation.
- Monitor logistics documentation and compliance requirements.
- Track shipment status and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Maintain dispatch records, reports, and logistics MIS.
- Optimize transportation processes for efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or industrial environments preferred.
- Robust working knowledge of SAP SD and logistics documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in both shopfloor and office environments.
