We are expanding into influencer marketing and entertainment promotions and are looking for a energetic, well-connected, and results-driven Influencer Marketing & PR Partnerships Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with film PR agencies, production houses, directors, and entertainment marketing teams to secure promotional collaborations and paid campaigns for our in-house influencers.

We are looking for someone with strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a creative approach to pitching influencer-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with film PR agencies, production houses, directors, entertainment brands, and marketing teams.
- Pitch our in-house influencers for film promotions, digital campaigns, brand collaborations, and entertainment projects.
- Generate business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Negotiate campaign deliverables, commercial terms, timelines, and collaboration agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with PR professionals, talent managers, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal influencers and content teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Develop creative promotional proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, follow-ups, partnerships, and confirmed deals.




- Work towards business development and revenue-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management, brand partnerships, or relevant business development is required.
- Excellent communication, pitching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in approaching industry professionals and converting opportunities into paid collaborations.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and influencer-led promotions.
- Proactive, resourceful, hardworking, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing contacts within film PR agencies, production houses, entertainment marketing teams, or talent management agencies.
- Experience securing paid influencer collaborations or brand sponsorships.
- Understanding of influencer campaign pricing, deliverables, and commercial negotiations.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and digital entertainment marketing.
