Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market, adjusting forecasts accordingly.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform forecasting decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on supply chain optimization strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field (e.g., operations research).
- Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Excel or specialized software for forecasting (e.g., SAP APO).
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
